Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNHV handles data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Please read the following before using the service. Continuing to use the website, user panel, or client means you understand the data practices described in this policy.

Data collected and why it is used

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNHV processes the account username, password credentials, and necessary account status information for authentication, login session management, plan delivery, and account security. Password credentials are used only for verification and are not displayed in directly readable form.

When a subscription service is purchased, order records, plan details, payment status, traffic usage, and refund records are created. This data is used to confirm service entitlements, handle billing, verify payments, deliver subscriptions, and resolve after-sales disputes. The website may also process usage statistics such as page visits, browser type, device category, language settings, referring pages, and error information to troubleshoot page issues, improve compatibility, and understand overall use of the service pages.

When a support ticket is submitted, the system stores the problem description, attachments, and correspondence provided by the user so that connection, subscription, or billing issues can be investigated. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.

No-logs position and connection data

VPNHV does not record which websites users access, create profiles of browsing content, destination addresses, or access history, or use network activity for advertising profiles. Data packets required for network acceleration are transmitted and processed only during the connection.

To establish connections, allocate subscription entitlements, and calculate plan traffic, the system processes necessary connection status, account identifiers, and traffic usage. Temporary fault information is used only to maintain the service, identify abnormal connections, and handle support tickets; it is not kept as a long-term browsing record. Once the service ends or troubleshooting is complete, temporary connection information that is no longer needed is cleared according to data retention principles.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences, and necessary security status. This information keeps users signed in, restores page settings, and completes actions initiated by users. If necessary storage is disabled, login, plan management, or client downloads may not work properly.

Usage statistics may be used to summarize page activity and technical errors. VPNHV does not use these statistics to create cross-site advertising profiles or change plan prices based on the pages a user views. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings; after clearing them, they will need to sign in again and reselect relevant preferences.

Third-party payments and information sharing

VPNHV supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. The payment process may be handled by the relevant third-party payment services. Payment providers receive the information needed to complete a transaction under their own rules. VPNHV typically receives the order status, transaction result, and necessary reconciliation identifiers, and does not directly control the independent data processing activities of third parties.

Except where necessary to deliver the service, process payments, maintain infrastructure, comply with applicable requirements, or respond to an explicit user request, VPNHV does not disclose account data to unrelated parties. Service providers responsible for technical or payment processing may handle relevant data only to the extent required to perform their agreed duties.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active so that subscription management and after-sales support can continue. Order and payment records are retained for the period needed to complete reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Usage statistics and technical error information are kept only until analysis, maintenance, or security purposes are complete; when no longer needed, they are deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot be directly linked to an account.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Deletion requests are handled after account ownership is verified. Data still needed for open orders, refunds, disputes, or necessary recordkeeping is cleared after the relevant matter ends. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions, settings, and historical tickets unrecoverable.

Policy updates and user choices

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or user panel.

Users can manage relevant data through account settings, browser storage settings, and support tickets. If a user does not agree with the updated practices, they may stop using the service and request account deletion; existing order, payment, and dispute records will continue to be handled according to the data retention rules in this policy.
