Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international route connections, client access, and related subscription services provided by VPNHV. By visiting this website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that these terms have been read and accepted. If any part is unacceptable, the user should stop activating or using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNHV provides access to international routes through Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients, currently covering 110+ countries / 240+ routes. Route locations, access methods, and client features may vary based on network conditions, platform rules, maintenance schedules, and third-party service status. The route list shown on the site describes the available service options and does not constitute a separate guarantee that any particular region or route will remain available at all times.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths when visiting international websites. Users are responsible for confirming that the websites, applications, content, and network activities they use comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location, as well as relevant third-party platform rules. VPNHV does not provide third-party content and does not control the availability, account policies, or content changes of third-party websites.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for plan selections, client access, and activity conducted through their accounts. The number of devices online at the same time is unlimited, but this rule applies only to devices managed and used by the account holder. It does not permit public account sharing, distributing credentials to unrelated third parties, or splitting subscription benefits.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users may not resell, rent, or exchange subscriptions; offer route access as a public proxy or commercial relay service; or use automation to interfere with accounts, billing, route scheduling, or client systems. If an account is used because credentials were not properly protected, the user should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using VPNHV, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location. The service must not be used for unlawful activities or to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights. It is prohibited to use the routes for fraud, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, large-scale abuse of third-party platforms, distribution of unlawful content, or activities that may affect network facilities or other users’ normal connections.
If such activity results in complaints, regulatory requirements, security risks, or abnormal use of network resources, VPNHV may restrict access to the relevant account or routes during a reasonable review. Users must provide necessary explanations directly related to account ownership, order status, or the matter in dispute. When handling these matters, the service uses relevant information only to the extent necessary to resolve the issue; specific rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections are affected by carrier networks, device systems, route maintenance, local network conditions, and third-party platform policies. VPNHV performs routine maintenance and fault handling, but does not promise that every route will provide the same speed, connection quality, or third-party service access results in every network environment. Maintenance, network adjustments, or unexpected faults may cause brief interruptions, route changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNHV is not liable for losses caused by user device configuration, local networks, changes to third-party services, events beyond reasonable control, or the user’s violation of these terms, where those losses exceed the service’s reasonable control. Users should keep independent backups of important materials and confirm the current connection status before performing important actions. Service descriptions and client notices do not replace the user’s own judgment about their intended use.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If an account is resold or shared, used unlawfully, used to consume network resources maliciously, used to attack service facilities, used to interfere with billing processes, associated with false payment information, or repeatedly used in violation of these terms, VPNHV may take measures based on the level of risk, including warnings, route restrictions, account suspension, or service termination. In cases involving an urgent security risk or clear unlawful activity, access may be suspended first and reviewed afterward.
Users may stop using the service and manage account and subscription matters through the user panel. If an account has been restricted and the user believes the decision is incorrect, the user may submit a ticket through the user panel to explain the situation. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which states that a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
Changes and Effective Date
VPNHV may update these terms in response to changes in service scope, technical conditions, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations may also be communicated through site announcements or the user panel. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and specific plan pages together form the service rules. If a specific plan description provides a clearer rule for the same matter than these general terms, that specific rule applies; all matters not specifically addressed remain subject to these terms.
